摘要
在电力市场环境中,电力供需双方是根据电价高低改变供需数量,追求自身利益最大化。传统的电力系统日生产模拟算法是在确定的负荷预测基础上仅对发电侧进行优化管理。文中在原有电力系统确定性日生产模拟算法的基础上,提出了综合考虑发电侧与负荷侧优化的模型算法,该算法可用于市场环境中成交的电量与系统边际电价的求解,与传统的算法比较,能够提供更多的信息。
In a mature power market, power producers and consumers wish to maximize their respective profits by varying supply or demand based on the variation of price. The traditional algorithm of plant scheduling is to optimize only the generating side management based on the defined load forecast. For this reason, a composite methodology for optimal generation and demand scheduling is presented in this paper. It is shown that this methodology can be used for assessing the influence of price on total change in demand and determing the system marginal price. More information is provided compare with the traditional one.
