摘要
针对Y电厂2台300MW汽轮发电机定子内端盖严重灼伤的故障,采用定子端部三维电磁场数值分析计算及真机实测,准确地分析出灼伤原因是发电机定子端部漏磁场产生的涡流所致。经实践证明定子内端盖与机座把合面加绝缘垫或采用环氧材质的内端盖可以有效地防止灼伤故障发生,并不会影响发电机其它有关部件的安全运行。研究成果对同类结构的发电机设计、制造以及处理运行中出现此类故障的发电机均有较好的指导作用。
The serious scalding fault at stator internal end cap of two 300 MW turbogenerators was found by using three dimensions electromagnetic numerical analysis calculation and real objet measuring at stator end region.The failures occurred through eddy current losses at stator end of generator.The improvement methods is to put insulation layer between stator internal end cap and frame or using expoxy resin insulation material on internal end cap.It does not influence safety on other parts of generator.
