摘要
针对某含铜非标准钼精矿采用碱性介质氧压煮-萃取法回收钼,钼浸出率可达98%以上,浸出液酸化后用萃取法可获得99%的萃取率,该工艺可为同类非标钼精矿提供一条有效的回收工艺。
Directed at the characteristics of a nonstandard molybdenum concentrate containing copper,an experimental research on recovering molybdenum from the molybdenum concentrate was carried out by using the technological flowsheet of autoclave leaching in alkaline medium and solvent extraction.Test results showed that the leaching rate of molybdenum can reach over 98%.After acidification treatment of pregnant liquor,the molybdenum can be recovered by solvent extraction process.The extraction rate of molybdenum can reach 99%.This technology will provide an effective way for treating same kind of nonstandard molybdenum concentrate.
