摘要
农村环境问题是十分重要但却常被忽视的问题。大众传媒能够在农村环境保护中发挥重要作用。大众传媒在农村环境保护中的功能主要体现在沟通功能、舆论监督和舆论引导功能、服务功能、培养功能等方面。目前,大众传媒在农村环境保护方面未能很好地发挥作用。针对目前的问题和困境,应选择以下路径进行:政府建立传媒农村环境保护激励机制;传媒管理者和媒体从业人员提高对农村环境传播重要性的认识;提升农村环境传播本身的质量;农民主动、充分利用传媒资源,形成良性互动。
The rural environment is a very important but often neglected problem.And mass media can play an important role in the protection of rural environment.The functions of mass media in rural environmental protection can be shown in communicating,supervising and directing public opinions,serving,and cultivating.At present,mass media cannot give its role to full play in rural environmental protection.Focusing on current problems and difficult situation,the following measures should be taken： the government should establish an excitation mechanism for mass media to protect the rural environment;the administrators and working staff should enhance their own consciousness of the importance of rural environment spread;the quality of rural environment spread should be accelerated;and the peasants should be active to make full use of media resources,thus forming a benignant interaction.
