摘要
为了使矿渣MTC应用于防气窜固井,根据环空气窜机理试验成功了矿渣MTC。试验期间,通过控制矿渣激活速度和早期强度发展规律,使矿渣MTC具有过渡时间短、早期强度发展快、固化后的水泥石收缩小、相容性好、高温高压稠化曲线成直角状等特点.在马蓬2井177.8mm生产套管固井试验中, 5个气层压力均很高,但固井后无任何气窜的显示,固井优质。结果表明:矿渣 MTC不仅能改善胶结质量,而且具有很强的防气窜能力。
Slag MTC was tested successfully for gas channeling prevention in cementing based on machenism of annular gas channeling. During test,slag MTC exhibited shorter transition time, rapid development of early strength,less post-curing shrinkage of cement column,good compatibility and right angle shaped consistency curve under high pressure and high temperature,attributed to controlled activation speed of slag and development of early strength. During the test in 117. 8mm production casing's cementing in well Mapeng 2, which has five gas intervals with high pressure,high quality cementing was obtained without any gas channeling observed. It indicates that slag MTC can not only improve bonding quality,but also exhibits high prevention against gas channeling.
