摘要 应用四元二次通用旋转组合设计,采用DFT无土栽培,在二代节能日光温室内研究了营养液配方中的NO3-N、P、K、Ca 4种元素的摩尔浓度对枸杞芽菜生长的影响,得到了二者之间的回归方程,依此进行了分析。结果表明:4个元素对枸杞芽菜产量的影响大小顺序是:氮>钾>磷>钙。通过对方程的解析,得到枸杞芽菜氮与磷的交互效应在较低水平时有一定的正相关关系,在较高水平时存在着一定的负相关关系;通过计算机模拟寻优,枸杞芽菜达到单株最高产量51.96 g时,NO3-N、P、K、Ca 4个因子营养液的最优配方为:9、0.5、3.0和4.0 mmol/L。经过验证,最优配方处理枸杞芽菜的生长势、根系活力、产量、品质以及全氮磷钾含量均相对高于对照。 The comprehensive effects of N,P,K and Ca concentrations on Lycium chinense Mill.were studied by means of quadratic general rotational design based on deep flow technique(DFT)under secondary designed energy saving greenhouse.The results calculated from regresion eraution between yield factor and four element concentrations factors of N、P,K,Ca showed that:Firstly,the effects sequence of four nutrients on the yield of Lycium chinense Mill was nitric-N(NO3-N) 〉potassium(K)〉 phosphorus(P)〉 calcium(Ca).Secondly,the interaction effects of N and Ca on Lycium chinense Mill.was significant.Yet,there was significant positive interaction between them in lower level and significant negative interaction between them in higher level.Thirdly,by simulation with computer,the optimal ration of N,P,K and Ca to achieve highest yield of individual Lycium chinense Mill.(51.96 g)was 9.0,0.5,3.0 and 4.0 mmol/L respetibely.This ration was verified because the growing trend,root vigor,yield,quality and total N,P,K of Lycium chinense Mill.were superior to CK.
