摘要
该试验对沼渣在番茄人工基质育苗中的应用进行研究,筛选出了适合番茄幼苗生长的沼渣人工基质配方。结果表明:在人工育苗基质中,沼渣的施用量不应大于30%,且以施用10%沼渣的配比最优。42 d内施用10%-20%沼渣的处理组各生理指标均明显优于施用化肥的对照组。42-70 d内施用10%沼渣的处理组表现出缺肥症状,20%沼渣处理组未出现明显缺肥症状。认为在番茄人工育苗基质中加入适量沼渣完全可替代目前育苗基质中化肥的使用,达到减少环境污染、节约资源的目的。
This study investigated the biogas residue in the application of artificial matrix in tomato seedlings,and selected a suitable growth of tomato seedling residue artificial matrix formula.The results showed that the biogas residue dosage rate should not exceed 30% in the artificial matrix formula,and 10% was the best of the optimal ratio of biogas residue.Within 42 days,the treatment group,in which the application of 10%to 20% of the residue,were significantly better than the physiological control of fertilizer application.42~70 days,the application of 10%of the biogas residue of the treatment group showed nutritional deficiencies symptoms,but 20% group did not.We concluded that the biogas residue could completely replace the use of chemical fertilizers in artificial substrate of tomato seedlings,to reduce pollution and save resources.
