摘要 采用盐酸抽提法、液-固吸附法、络合法脱除汽油中的碱性氮,并对脱除效果进行了考察。结果表明,对盐酸抽提法,最佳盐酸浓度应控制在0.05~1.0mol·L-1,最佳抽提时间为20min;对液-固吸附法,液固比控制在1~5,碱性氮脱除效果最好;对络合法,络合剂浓度控制在15%~20%为最佳。在以上条件下碱性氮脱除率均可达90%以上。 The methods of hydro-chloric acid extraction, liquid-solid adsorption and complexation were used to remove basic nitrogen compounds from gasoline, and the efficiencies of three removal methods were discussed. The experimental results show that the optimum range of concentration of hydro-chloric acid is 0.05~1.0 mol/L and optimum extraction time is 20 minutes for hydro-chloric acid extraction method, the efficiency of removal of basic nitrogen compounds is the highest when the ratio of liquid/solid is controlled at the range of 1~5, the optimum range of concentration of complexation agent is 15%~20% for the complexation method. Under above-mentioned conditions, all the efficiencies of removal of the basic nitrogen compounds can reach more than 90%.
