摘要
通过正交实验优选了镁合金化学镀镍无铬无氟的前处理工艺。该前处理液基本组成为马日夫盐、磷酸、硝酸等,在25℃下,酸洗3 min。采用该工艺,不仅能明显提高镁合金基体的耐蚀性,同时还能改善镁合金与化学镀镍层的结合力。
A chrome and fluorine-free pretreatment process of magnesium alloy for electroless nickel plating was selected optimally by orthogonal test method.The pretreatment bath mainly consists of (Mn(H_2PO_4)_2·H_2O,) H_3PO_4 and HNO_3,with 3 min dipping at 25 ℃.The corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy substrate and the adherence between the electroless nickel coating and magnesium alloy can be both improved by this process.
