PCNA在子宫内膜癌的表达及意义 被引量：1

摘要 为了探讨增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）蛋白在子宫内膜癌的表达及意义，应用免疫组化链酶菌－抗生物素过氧化物酶染色法（Ｓ－Ｐ法），检测５０例子宫内膜癌石蜡包埋标本中的ＰＣＮＡ蛋白的表达。结果：所有切片中均可见到ＰＣＮＡ阳性表达。ＰＣＮＡ指数与子宫内膜癌的临床分期、病理分级及肌层浸润关系密切，随着临床分期的提高、病理分级的降低及肌层浸润的加深，ＰＣＮＡ指数逐渐升高。结论：ＰＣＮＡ指数可作为间接反映子宫内膜癌预后的一项指标。
