摘要
通过改变抗辐射菌的培养条件,结合细胞内DNA和蛋白质测定,在细胞水平上阐明了抗辐射菌的辐射抗性与其DNA相对含量无密切关系,而与其生长状态密切相关,改变细胞处于指数生长状态的培养条件,都能增加其对辐射的抗性。并对可能的机理加以讨论。
Radioresistant bacterium Deinococcus radiodurans (D. radiodurans) prossesses a prominent ability to resist ionizingradiation and other DNA - darnaging agents. The amount of DNA relative to protein has been considered to reflect the ra-dioresistance of a bacterium. In this study, D. radiodurans was cultured exp0nentially and under conditions that altersuch growth. The resuIts showed that disruptions of exponential growth increased Gamma - ray resistance regardless of thechange in DNA - protein ratio. The results suggested that at the celIular levei the glntvth stages are responsible for the ra-dioresistance of D. radiodurans.
