摘要
目的:研究主要照顾者的认知与老年脑卒中患者ADL能力训练的相关性。方法:对脑卒中患者的主要照顾者进行护理干预3个月,入户跟踪指导照顾者关于ADL能力训练的认识和知识,提高其指导患者训练的能力,并分别于干预前、干预后3个月对主要照顾者的认知及患者的ADL能力进行评定。结果:干预3个月后,主要照顾者关于ADL能力训练的认知明显改善,在日常生活中能够采取正确的方式指导患者训练,使患者的ADL能力得到明显改善。结论:照顾者对于ADL能力训练的认知提高后,能够很好地指导患者训练,从而提高患者的自理能力。
Objective:To study the relationship between thecognitive ability primary caregivers and the activities of daily living training of elderly stroke patients.Methods:Researchers improve the primary caregivers,cognitive ability of the ADL training for 3 months,the nursing intervention was undertaken by the following of the caregiver activities of daily living and the caregiver cognitive ability were evaluate at 3 months afterward.Results:The primary caregivers,cognitive ability of the ADL training was improved after the 3 months intervention,the stroke patients was guided in the right way,the patients,activities of daily living was significant improved.Conclusion:The patients,activities of daily living was significant improved with the improving of the primary caregivers,cognitive ability of the ADL training.
