摘要
作者结合目前高校大学生就业教育中存在的问题和面临的困境,提出了突破就业教育的几点意见与思路:在大学生中积极开展职业理想教育,帮助学生树立崇高的职业理想;培养学生创新能力,提高学生综合素质;给高年级学生提供更多机会,指导学生更好地参加专业实践;加强对毕业生择业技巧和面试技巧的传授。
In view of the problems and the difficulties faced by college students employment education, this paper puts forward some suggestions and solutions in education： developing vocational education, helping students establish career ideals, bringing up the innovative ability of students, improving the overall quality of students ; providing more opportunities to college seniors, advising students to participate in the professional practice, and enhancing the teaching of skills of graduates careers and interviews.
