镁及镁合金转化膜制备工艺的研究

摘要 本试验制备了镁及镁合金表面的转化膜,分析了膜层的微观性能。为提高膜层的耐腐蚀能力,采用水封闭、碱封闭、钒盐封闭3种方式对膜层进行了封闭。转化膜均匀、完整,呈透明色、灰色或黑色。此外还对试验制备的转化膜的微观形貌进行了研究分析。 Conversation films on the surface of magnesium and magnesium alloy were prepared in the test.The microscopic property of the films were analyzed as well.In order to improve the corrosion resistance of the films,3 kinds of seal treatments (water sealing,alkali sealing,and vanadium sealing ) were employed on the conversation films.The films were integrated and even.The color of films on magnesium was achromatous,grey or black.Microstructure of conversation films were analyzed as well.
