摘要
为探索HPS(人胎盘培养上清)对小鼠体内IgM型抗体分泌的影响;用SRBC(绵羊红细胞)免疫雌性Balb/c健康小白鼠的同时,腹腔注射不同浓度的HPS,免疫第4天检测小鼠血清中IgM型抗SRBC抗体的效价。与对照组相比,低浓度(2.5%、5%、10%)HPS对小鼠体内IgM型抗体分泌具有促进作用,P<0.01;而高浓度(20%)HPS对其分泌没有影响,P>0.05,说明HPS能够调节小鼠体内IgM型抗体的分泌。在孕妇体内,胎盘分泌的CK(细胞因子)如何调节IgM型抗体分泌以及对母体耐受胎儿方面有何影响尚待进一步研究。
To study the influence of human placental culture supernatants(HPS)on mice IgM antibody synthesis in vivo,the female Balb/c healthy mice were immunized with sheep erythrocyte and at the same time injected i.p.different consentration of HPS.At the fourth day,we collected the venous blood to investigate the antibody production by agglutination test.The results showed that the antibody production significantly increased when injected i.p.low consentration(2.5%、5%、10%)of HPS contrast to the control group.There is no significant difference between experimental group and control group about the antibody production when injected i.p.high consentration(20%)of HPS.It is concluded that the synthesis of mice IgM antibody in vivo can be regulated by HPS.
