摘要 研究三次非线性包装系统关键部件脉冲响应特性。建立二自由度非线性产品包装系统模型,得到冲击动力学方程并采用数值方法求解。依据结果得到关键部件三维冲击谱,并进一步讨论了频率比、阻尼、脉冲激励幅值和系统参数对关键部件冲击谱的影响规律,结果表明,频率比、阻尼、脉冲激励幅值和系统参数对关键部件冲击响应峰值影响显著,研究结论为产品包装设计提供科学依据。 The shock characteristics of a cubic nonlinear packaging system with critical component were investigated under action of rectangular acceleration pulse.The dynamic model of the system was developed,and the numerical results of the dynamic equations were gained.Based on the results,the three-dimensional shock response spectra of the critical component was obtained.The effect of pulse duration,frequency ratio,dmaping ratio,pulse peak acceleration and the system parameters on the maximum shock response acceleration of the critical component was discussed.It was shown that all the effects are noticeable.The results led to some insights into the design of cushioning packaging.
