摘要
力值测量与传感器校准已经非常广泛,而在重要工业领域,对于高频率和大力值动态力的测量与校准要求越来越高。质量块是动态力校准中的关键部件,其振动加速度分布不均匀会增大误差,特别在高频率和大力值情况下会严重影响动态力的校准。指出质量块加速度分布不均匀根源于质量块不是刚体,变形导致速度分布不均;并运用振动冲击保护装置变形吸能的原理提出设计方案,利用不同材料的搭配,让小部分轻质小刚度材料吸收大部分形变能,使密度刚度较高的大块材料相对成为刚体,保证惯性力整体均匀。经过有限元计算验证,该方案可以有效降低质量块振动响应不均匀带来的影响,提高力值复现的准确性。
The force measuring and the transducer calibration are already universal,while in some important industrial fields,the requirement raises up to high frequency and large force measurement and calibration.The mass is the crucial component in dynamic force calibration,its acceleration distribution will increase the error,which affects the dynamic force calibration seriously for high frequency and large force.Here,it was shown that it is the deformation of the non-rigid mass to lead to the non-uniform acceleration distribution.A design plan was proposed according to the energy absorbing principle of the deformable impact damper,it made the most deformation energy was absorbed by a small part of soft and light materials to ensure that the most part of the mass became a relative rigid-body,and the inertial force was uniform as a whole.According to the finite element computation,the proposed mass design plan could efficiently reduce the uncertainty of the force reproduction.
