基于FLUENT的水辅注射成型水针孔内流场分析 被引量:2

摘要 采用FLUENT中的标准湍流模型,对圆形截面水针孔内水的流动行为进行二维数值模拟。结果表明:在大雷诺数下,水流经水针孔时,孔内存在边界层,流体层与层之间存在干扰;水针孔内大部分区域的流速与来流相差不大,且中心部位流速沿水流方向增大;沿着水流方向压力逐渐下降。总之,采用数值模拟方法不仅可以简便地得到流场的具体信息,还可为水辅注射成型技术设置合适的水压和流速提供参考值。 The 2-D turbulent flow in water pinhole of circular-section was simulated numerically employed the standard turbulent model in FLUENT.The results show that when the Reynolds number is larger,there is a boundary layer in the water pinhole,and the fluid interference exists between the different levels of the flow.Additionally,there is a little difference between the velocity of original flow and the flow in the major region of the water pinhole,and the velocity in the center of the water pinhole has increased along the flow direction.Besides,the pressure gradually decreases along the flow direction.In a word,it is convenient to get the specific information of the flow field using numerical simulation method,and the method provides a reference value for setting appropriate pressure and flow rate in the water-assisted injection molding technology.
