摘要
目的探讨前列腺素E1联合氧化苦参碱对大鼠肝纤维化的防治原理。方法采用预防和治疗两种方法在大鼠肝纤维化模型上观察氧化苦参碱、前列腺素E1单独及联合应用后对实验性肝纤维化大鼠透明质酸(HA)、Ⅲ型胶原(PC-Ⅲ)、Ⅳ型胶原(PC-Ⅳ)、层黏蛋白(LN)的水平和肝功能的影响。结果氧化苦参碱单独和联合前列腺素E1应用后,大鼠的ALT、ALP和A/G均与模型组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),表明氧化苦参碱联合前列腺素E1对实验性大鼠肝纤维化的肝功能有一定的预防作用。结论氧化苦参碱和PGE1联合用药可显著增强对实验性大鼠肝纤维化的防治效果。
Objective To investigate prostaglandin E1 oxymatrine on liver fibrosis in principle. Methods The two methods of prevention and treatment of liver fibrosis in rat model of oxymatrine,prostaglandin E1 alone and in combination after experimental liver fibrosis in rats hyaluronic acid ( HA) ,Ⅲ collagen ( PC-Ⅲ) ,Ⅳ collagen ( PC-Ⅳ) ,laminin ( LN) level and liver function. Results Oxymatrine separate and joint application of prostaglandin E1,the rats of ALT,ALP,and A / G and the model group were significantly ( P〈 0. 05) ,indicating that oxidation of bitter reference base Prostaglandin E1 on experimental liver fibrosis in liver function have some preventive effect. Conclusion Oxymatrine and PGE1 in combination can significantly enhance experimental liver fibrosis in control of.
