摘要
目的:对软紫草与硬紫草中萘醌类化学成分进行研究。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱、葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱等方法分离纯化,通过理化常数和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构,利用圆二色谱测定萘醌化合物绝对构型。结果:从软紫草中分离得到6个化合物,鉴定为阿卡宁(AE-1),乙酰阿卡宁(AE-2),β,β-二甲基丙烯酰阿卡宁(AE-3),异丁酰阿卡宁(AE-4),α-甲基-正丁酰阿卡宁+异戊酰阿卡宁(AE-5),β-乙酰氧基异戊酰阿卡宁(AE-6);从硬紫草中分离鉴定了6个化合物,分别为紫草素(LE-1),乙酰紫草素(LE-2),β,β-二甲基丙烯酰紫草素(LE-3),异丁酰紫草素(LE-4),α-甲基-正丁酰紫草素+异戊酰紫草素(LE-5),β-羟基异戊酰紫草素(LE-6)。结论:软紫草中萘醌类化学成分绝对构型为S型,硬紫草中为R型。
Objective: To investigate naphthaquinones in Arnebia euchroma (Royle) Johnst. and Lithosperrnum erythrorhizon Sieb. et Zuec. . Methods: Compounds were isolated by column chromatography and structures were elucidated through physicochemical and spectral analyses, absolute configuration of naphthaquinone was determined by circular dichroism spectra. Results: Six compounds were obtained from the root of Arnebia euchroma (Royle) Johnst. and identified as alkannin, acetylalkannin, β,β-dimethylacrylalkannin, isobutyalkannin, isovalerylalkannin + α-methyl-n-butylalkannin and β-acetoxyisoralerylalkannin; Six compounds were obtained from the root of Lithos-permum erythrorhizon Sieb. et Zucc. and identified as shikonin, acetylshikonin, β,β-dimethylacrylshikonin, isobutylshikonin, isovalerylshikonin + α-methyl-nbutylshikonin, β-hydroxyisoralerylshikonin. Conclusion: Absolute configuration of naphthaquinones from Arnebia euchroma (Royle) Johnst. was S and those from Lithos-permum erythrorhizon Sieb. et Zucc. was R.
