不同白芍药材中芍药苷含量比较研究 被引量:17

摘要 目的:比较不同白芍样品中芍药苷含量,包括不同地方白芍药材和浙江不同类型白芍药材。方法:采用HPLC,测定不同白芍药材中芍药苷的含量。结果:浙江白芍样品中芍药苷含量都比较高,除了紫红花白芍样品中芍药苷含量为2.600%,其他4个浙江白芍样品中芍药苷含量都高于3.0%,其中"浙芍1号"白芍样品中芍药苷含量为最高,达到3.572%。亳芍和江西白芍样品中芍药苷含量较低,但亳芍和江西白芍样品中另一化学成分含量比较高。结论:不同白芍样品中芍药苷含量有一些差异,除了芍药苷含量,还应该综合其他化学成分来综合评价白芍药材。 Objective: To compare the content of paeoniflorin in paeoniae radix alba samples from different regions and different types in Zhejiang. Methods: HPLC was used to determine the content of paeoniflorin in different paeoniae radix alba samples. Results: The content of paeoniflorin from Zhejiang samples were higher, with exception to sample with dark red flower was 2. 600% , the others were above 3.0% , especially "Zhe Zhao No. 1" sample arrived highest to 3. 572%. The content in the samples from Bozhou and Jiangxi were relatively lower, however an unknown chemical composition was higher. Conclusion : The content of paeoniflorin in paeoniae radix alba samples is different, except the content of paeoniflorin, the other chemical compositions should be also taken into consideration for quality of paeoniae radix alba.
