摘要
目的:鉴定不同产地火麻仁,并探讨火麻仁的遗传多样性。方法:利用SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对不同外观性状的火麻仁进行蛋白电泳聚类分析。结果:火麻仁蛋白电泳图谱表现出可观察到的谱带18条,其中7条较明显的谱带为共有谱带,另外11条谱带具有多态性,反映了火麻仁的遗传多样性。结论:火麻仁蛋白稳定且具有丰富的遗传多样性,实验结果可为准确鉴定药用火麻仁提供辅助依据。
Objective: To Identify the species and affinities of cannabis semen from different habitats, and investigate the relationships between heredity diversity and apparent property. Methods: Apply the SDS- polyacrylamide electrophoresis technology for the first time to take protein electrophoresis cluster analysis on the cannabis semen varied from apparent property. Results: Eighteen obvious spectral bands could be observed in the cannabis semen protein electrophoretogram, among which seven obvious and shared bands manifest inter-species consistency in cannabis semen. And the other eleven bands manifest the genetic polymorphism of cannabis semen. Conclusion: Protein of cannabis semen is stable and it has heredity diversity in abundance. The experimental result can provide theoretical support for the identification of medicinal Cannabis sativa L..
