摘要
工艺方案的多样性和不确定性是智能CAPP系统面临的重要问题.文中描述的模型,综合智能设计的强度和效率,建立人-机协同作业环境.进程终止控制、规划方向控制、工艺生成整合、数据调度及规划解释组成工艺规划器的内部事务,事务组合表现为递归、循环、顺序、并发、回溯等方式.相应地,数据-事务耦合的集成强度是不同的.特征层、零件层、资源层和企业层知识被用于工艺综合决策.模型改善了系统的操作性能和规划结论的可靠性,关键技术在GS-CAPP系统中得到实现.
Probability and uncertainty of process plans are important issues for intelligent CAPP systems. The model described in the paper can balance the scale and efficiency of intelligent planners, and build a man machine cooperation environment. Procedure termination, planning navigation, task generation & reorganization, data dispatch, and planning state interpretation make up the internal transactions of a CAPP system. Their combination is characterized by varied forms, such as recursion, loop, sequence, concurrence, and backtracking.The knowledge about feature, part, process resource,and enterprise is used to plan a manufacturing process. The model improves the system's reliability and operation efficiency, and its key technique is implemented in a GS CAPP system.
