摘要
重新研究南海海洋真菌Penicillium sp.386的次级代谢产物,运用硅胶柱层析、制备薄层层析和重结晶等方法,从中分离鉴定了9个单体化合物,包括3个神经酰胺类化合物(1,2,3),3个环二肽类化合物(4,5,6),2个甾醇类(7,8)和1个结构新颖的生物碱化合物(9)。其中化合物1的结构是通过乙酰化,水解等化学方法以及NMR、GC-MS等技术得以确定。化合物9的结构主要通过波谱方法得以确定的,尤其是2D NMR,最后有单晶X射线测定得以证实。
The secondary metabolites of the marine fungus Penicillium sp.from the South China Sea was investigated using silica get column chromatography,preparative thin-layer chromatography and recrystallization,resulting in isolation of nine pure compounds,including three ceramides(1,2,3),three cyclodipeptides(4,5,6),two sterols(7,8) and one structurally unique alkaloid(9).The structure of 1 was characterized by acetylation,hydrolysis reaction,NMR and GC-MS and the structure of 9 was analyzed by comprehensive spectroscopic methods,2D NMR,and X-ray analysis.
