摘要
普光气田是我国已发现的丰度最高、储量规模最大的高含硫大型海相整装气田,H2S含量12%~20%,CO2含量10%~12%。国内外开发实践表明,高含硫气田开发面临着安全环保风险大、设备材料H2S腐蚀、开发成本高等技术难题。普光气田开发方案设计水平井6口,通过技术攻关,针对高含硫普光气田超深水平井投产作业技术难点,配套形成了酸压投产一体化管柱、长井段射孔、长井段酸压投产、作业施工及井控技术,满足了超深水平井投产作业需要,为国内同类气田开发提供了技术借鉴。
Puguang gas field is a marine uncompartmentalized gas field with high abundance and high reserves. Its H2S content is 12%~20% ,CO2 content is 10% ~ 12%. In connection with diffi-culties of production and operation of high sulfur ultra-deep hori-zontal well in Puguang gas field,a series of technologies were formed,such as acid fracturing integration column,long hole section perforation and acid fracturing,well control and so on. These matc-hing technologies could meet the operation need of ultra-deep hori-zontal well,it provided reference for the development of similar gas field.
