摘要
以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)的乙醇溶液为基体,加入体积分数为6%的钛酸异丙酯,制得前驱体溶液,在高电场强度下用静电纺丝法制备了PVP/Ti(OCH(CH3)2)4复合纳米纤维,经600℃高温煅烧得到金红石和锐钛矿混杂的二氧化钛(TiO2)纳米纤维,直径约150~200 nm.研究了不同电纺参数对PVP/Ti(OCH(CH3)2)4复合纳米纤维的形貌的影响.通过差热-热重分析(TG-DSC)、红外光谱(IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)等分析测试手段对制得的TiO2纳米纤维进行表征.
Used as a complexant, polyvinylpyrrolidone ( PVP ) was reacted with isopropyl titanate (Ti (OCH (CH3)2)4) (6% volume fraction) to prepare precursor solution which was electrospun into PVP/Ti (OCH (CH3)2)4 nanofibers with high electrostatic field strength. TiO2 nanofibers with a diameter of about 150-200 nm were prepared after calcihating at 600℃. TiO2 nanofibers were a mixture of rutile and anatase. This paper studied the configuration of composite nanofibers which prepared by different parameters of electrospinning. TiO2 nanofibers were characterized by TG-DSC, IR, SEM and XRD, respectively.
