摘要
研制了一台海水中痕量苯酚和腐植酸自动分析仪。仪器采用流动注射化学发光原理,以光电倍增管作为检测器,用ADS1258作模数转换、STM32F103作为处理器,能在1h内可自动完成表层、中层及底层海水样品中痕量苯酚及腐植酸含量的测定。苯酚和腐植酸分别采用鲁米诺/氢氧化钠-高锰酸钾体系和酸性Ce(IV)化学发光体系进行测定,检出限分别为0.01mg/L和0.005mg/L。
An automatic analyzer was developed for the determination of trace phenol and humic acid in seawater.The instrument is based on the principle of flow injection chemiluminescence analysis,and uses a photomultiplier tube(PMT)as detector,an ADS1258 as A/D converter,and an STM32F103 as micro-processor.The trace phenol and humic acid in surface,middle and bottom seawater can be determined automatically within 1h.Luminol/NaOH-KMnO4 and acid Ce(IV)chemiluminescence systems are used for the detection of phenol and humic acid,respectively.The detection limit is 0.01mg/L for phenol and 0.005mg/L for humic acid.
