摘要
对中小学体育教师进行评价是教师评价的重要组成部分,对于提高中小学体育教师的积极性和主动性,全面提高中小学体育教学质量具有重要的现实意义。针对当前我国中小学教师评价中存在的主要问题,通过深入分析提出了有针对性的应对策略,以期能为中小学体育教师评价向科学、合理方向发展提供必要理论支持。
It is an important aspect to evaluate primary and secondary school PE teacher of teacher＇s evaluation, and it is benefit to promote teacher＇s activity, initiation and improve the teaching quality. The essay put forwards coping strategy by analyzing the problem of the teacher＇s evaluation and hopes to provide the theory support for the evaluational＇s development.
