摘要
按照中央提出的对待腐败要"标本兼治,综合治理,惩防并举,注重预防"的方针,在注重案件查处治本功能方面,必须坚持与高校现实环境相结合,必须坚持与预防腐败工作相结合,必须坚持与廉政关口前移相结合,必须坚持与廉政文化建设相结合,切实抓好源头治理,把查办案件与警示教育、建章立制、监督管理、服务发展紧密相连,理清思路,确保反腐倡廉"四个结合"到位。
In light of ＂addressing the symptoms and root cause,treating in a comprehensive way,combining punishment and prevention,laying emphasis on prevention, ＂ a policy put forwards by the Central Committee of the CPC, in attaching importance to dealing with the root cause of a legal case, we should adhere to its combination with the university＇s present environment, with the prevention of corruption, with the moving ahead of a clean and honest administration, and with the cultural construction of a clean and honest administration and do a good job in dealing with the root of a legal case, combining legal case investigation with warning education, rules and regulation estab- lishment, supervision and management, service and development so as to sort binations＂ for anti-corruption and preventive education. out and to fulfill ＂the Four Com
