摘要
不同的犯罪主体会有不同的行为表现。犯罪惯技是犯罪人或犯罪团伙所选择的特定的犯罪途径或方法,标记行为是犯罪人为了满足某种心理上或情感方面的需要而实施的独特行为方式。准确区别这两种典型犯罪行为,有助于确定案件性质、找出犯罪嫌疑人、勾画其独特个性,进行串并案、提高犯罪心理画像信度,为侦查破案和犯罪预防工作服务。
Different criminal offenders show different activities. Modus Operandi refers to the approach or ways a specified criminal or crime gang employs. Marking behavior is a kind of unique and independent behavior, which a special criminal employs to satisfy his mental or emotional requirement. Discriminating the two concepts definitely can determine the direction of investigation, presume the criminal offenders, help the detective merging the similar cases and improve the reliability of the criminal profiling. On the whole it can serve to crack a criminal case and prevent the crime.
