摘要 三塘湖西峡沟油田在2008开始进行了浅层优快钻井技术的探索研究和实践,通过对区块地质构造及目的层位的了解研究,优选个性化钻头,优化钻具组合、钻进参数,根据地质特性合理调整钻井液性能,既保护了储层不受伤害又杜绝了井下工程事故。并针对西峡沟储层低压的油藏特性,进行水泥浆性能的优化、固井工艺优化等措施。同时,根据理论研究进行浅钻井技术的现场应用,大幅提高了机械钻速,缩短了钻井周期,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。 Santanghu Xixia ditch field has begun to research and practice the optimized and fast drilling of shallow, according to the geological structure and purpose of the block-layer bit about research, optimization personalized drills was selected, bottom hole assembly and drilling parameters was optimized. Based on geological characteristics drilling fluid performance was adjusted, not only it protected the reservoir from harm, but also put an end to the underground engineering accidents. It optimized slurry, property and cementing technology for the low-pressure reservoir features of Xixia ditch. Meanwhile, according to theory, research shallow drilling technology field applications, the speed of mechanical drilling was increased and it shortened the drilling cycle, it has achieved good economic and social benefits.
