摘要
目的探讨人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄患者股骨粗隆部骨折疗效观察,总结护理经验,提高治疗质量。方法回顾性分析21例人股骨粗隆间骨折人工股骨头置换术的疗效观察,均给予认真细致的术前、术中及术后观察。结果临床效果满意,术后关节功能恢复良好。结论有效的护理措施对老年人股骨粗隆间骨折人工股骨头置换术后康复具有重要作用。
