摘要
针对球墨铸铁箱盖铸件在铸造过程中产生的缺陷,采用铸造过程模拟软件MAGMAsoft对铸件的充型和凝固过程进行模拟,分析铸件在凝固过程中产生的缺陷类型和状态,有针对性的设计补缩工艺,利用充型示踪粒子掌握熔体在铸件内部的流动情况,指导浇注系统设计。并对铸件的组织和力学性能进行预测。新工艺提高了工艺出品率,获得了合格的铸件。
Aimed at the defects produced in ductile iron production process. The casting process simulation software MAGMAsoft was adopted to the simulation of casting filling and solidification process and analyzed the the type and state of defects generated during casting solidification. The gating system for targeted feeding process was designed and the tracer particles was used to show the filling flow of the melt in the casting situation. The mechanical properties of casting were predicted. The new casting process technology increases product yield rate and insure the casting qualification.
