摘要 深海管道法兰连接机具是一种应用于深水回接的特种机具,可以完成远程操控的法兰连接作业.随着海洋石油逐渐走向深水,机具的研制将大大提高我国深水回接技术水平.设计了深海管道法兰连接机具总体结构,阐明了其工作原理,设计了机具的关键部件,即拉伸拧紧机构,其利用拉伸拧紧方式实现法兰的螺栓连接.建立了机具运动学模型,对机具的工作过程进行了数学描述,为进一步研究液压控制系统提供了理论依据.同时对机具进行了基于ADAMS的多体动力学仿真研究,验证了机构的合理性. Deep-sea flange connection tools(DFCTs)are a kind of tools used for tie-ins of deep-sea pipelines.They can complete a flange connection as a remote controlled operation.With offshore oil's trend to ever deeper water,development of DFCTs will greatly enhance China's deep water tie-in technology.For this paper,a general structure of DFCTs was proposed and their working principles set out.Key components of the tool were found to be the stretch tightening mechanism and the means for tensile pre-tightening before connecting flange bolts.Building a kinematic model of the tool and a mathematical description of the working process of the tool provided a theoretical basis for further study of its hydraulic control system.A multi-body dynamic simulation using automatic dynamic analysis of mechanical systems(ADAMS)software verified the reasonableness of the proposed mechanism.
