铁路工程造价标准体系在铁路行业,乃至国家与地方基础建设各相关领域,发挥着非常重要的作用。铁路工程造价标准体系为我国基本建设投资的合理确定及非市场经济条件下的投资控制提供了依据,是铁路建设领域一份难得的宝贵技术资源。此文就铁路工程造价标准体系的组成及功能定位进行讨论,对近年来标准体系的变化与发展进行重点说明,为建设者更好地理解和应用造价标准体系提供借鉴。
Standard railway engineering cost system plays an important role in state＇s and local infrastructure construction fields as well as railway construction area. The standardization system being a precious technological resource of rail way construction, provided grounds for rationalizing investment and cost controlling under none market economy states. This paper discussed the components and functional localization standard railway engineering cost system, focusing on elaborating changes of the system, and offered an instance for realization and implementation of the standard engineering cost system.
