摘要
目的运用PDCA循环理论提高医院药品采购供应工作的管理质量。方法按照PDCA循环理论(计划、执行、检查、控制),实现对药品采购供应的全面质量管理与控制。结果与结论应用PDCA循环理论大大提高了药品采购供应的管理水平和工作效率,有效地降低了药品供应缺陷率,提高了采购供应工作的满意度。
Objective To improve the management quality of hospital medicine purchase and supply by applying the PDCA cycle theory and method. Methods According to the PDCA cycle method including Plan, Do, Check and Action, the total quality management and control could be achieved for our hospital medicine purchase and supply. Results and Conclusion The management level and work efficiency have been greatly improved in the medicine purchase and supply by applying the PDCA cycle theory; the defect rate of medicine supply has been effectually reduced; the purchase and supply satisfaction degree has been improved.
