分析了钦州港当地理论最低潮面的现状和存在的问题,对当地理论最低潮面确定的必要性和重要性进行了分析,提出了钦州港各港区当地理论最低潮面的确定方案。
This paper analyses the current station and problems of the lowest normal low water in the related distrcts of Qinzhou Port which are necessary to do , and we resolves the questions how to measure the lowest normal low water.
