摘要 本文以国外员工援助计划(EAP)为支点,介绍了EAP的概念和现代大型公立医院开展EAP的必要性,提出了EAP在医院建设和发展中的重要作用,并对如何在大型公立医院建构EAP体系进行了探讨。
