化学镀Fe-Ni-P合金沉积速度的影响因素

摘要 通过正交试验确定了化学镀Fe-Ni-P合金的最佳化学镀工艺,在此基础上考察了硫酸高铈和硫酸镧、ρ(Fe2+)∶ρ(Ni2+)和温度对化学镀Fe-Ni-P合金沉积速率的影响。结果表明:硫酸高铈的加入使析出电位正移,极化度增加,沉积速率降低,但是提高了镀液的稳定性,改善了镀层质量;随着镀液中ρ(Fe2+)∶ρ(Ni2+)的提高,沉积速率先增大,后降低,ρ(Fe2+)∶ρ(Ni2+)最佳值为4;随着温度的上升,沉积速率增加,但镀液稳定性下降。 The optimum processing formulation of electroless Fe-Ni-P alloy was determined by orthogonal experiment,and then the effects of ceric sulfate,lanthanum sulfate,ρ( Fe2 + ) ∶ρ( Ni2 + ) ratio and temperature on deposition rate were investigated.The results show that with the addition of ceric sulfate the deposition potential shifts towards positive direction,the polarizability is increased and the deposition rate is decreased.At the same time,the stability of plating bath and the quality of deposition coating is improved.With the increasing of ρ( Fe2 + ) ∶ ρ( Ni2 + ) ratio in the plating bath,the deposition rate is increased firstly and then decreased,and the maximum deposition rate is obtained at the ρ( Fe2 + ) ∶ρ( Ni2 + ) ratio of 4.With the increase in temperature,the deposition rate is enhanced,but the stability of plating bath is declined.
