摘要
在抓举训练中提拉杠铃是训练的重要组成部分,运动员提拉杠铃的技术动作、提铃能力和发力特征直接影响着运动成绩的好坏。在举重训练实践中教练员常常采用宽速拉、窄速拉、宽硬拉、窄硬拉等练习方法来提高运动员的提铃能力。因此,对8名优秀举重运动员在抓举训练中采用这四种练习方法的相关运动学数据进行对比分析,结果表明:(1)在速拉类练习动作中,宽速拉对抓举提铃能力的促进作用大于窄速拉。(2)在硬拉类练习动作中,宽硬拉对杠铃的提起幅度要好于窄硬拉,但在对杠铃的提拉速度上要小于窄硬拉。所以,深入了解这些练习方法与抓举提铃技术之间的关系,不仅能加深对这些练习方法的认识,还能为更合理的应用提拉类练习方法来提高运动员的成绩提供理论依据。
Barbell lifting is an important part in snatch training. The technique, ability and strength -generating character of barbell lifting directly affect the performance of weightlifters. In the weightlifting training, coaches often em- ploys such training methods as broad quicklift, narrow quicklift, broad deadlift and narrow deadlift to improve the barbell lifting ability of weightlifters. This paper makes a comparative study into the kinesiological indexes of the four train- ing methods for eight talent weighdifters. Results are as follows: in the quicklift exercise, broad quicklift has a greater promotive effect on the barbell lifting ability than narrow quicklift; in the deadlift exercise, broad deadlift is better than narrow deadlift in terms of the lifting angle, but the former is poorer than the latter in terms of the lifting speed. A further understanding of the relationship between these training methods and barbell lifting techniques can provide theoreti- cal reference for more reasonalbe application of the training methods to finally improve the performance of the weightlifters
