摘要
利用双搅拌釜反应器研究NO2在石灰石浆液中的吸收过程。对石灰石浆液浓度、反应温度、石灰石粒径分布、搅拌速率、NO2入口浓度及烟气中的含氧量等对NO2吸收速率的影响研究表明,在NO2的吸收过程中,石灰石的溶解影响显著;NO2的吸收速率随着搅拌速率、NO2入口浓度和烟气中含氧量的升高而升高,较低的反应温度有利于NO2的吸收。
By using a dual-agitating cauldron reactor,the absorption process of NO2 in lime-stone slurrry has been studied.The influence of lime-stone slurry concentration,reaction temperature,particle size distribution of lime-stone,agitating speed,inlet concentration of NO2,and O2 content in the flue gas etc.upon absorption speed of NO2 has been studied,results show that the influence of lime-stone's dissolution is remakable in the absorption process of NO2;the absorption rate of NO2 increases as the agitating speed,the inlet concentration of NO2,or the O2 content in flue gas increases;and lower reaction temperature is favorable to NO2 absorption.
