摘要
水乳剂是一种先进环保的农药新剂型。采用转相乳化法,用高剪切乳化机配制水乳剂。研究了36%2,4-D丁酯.乙草胺水乳剂的配方筛选和制备方法,通过对乳化剂,防冻剂,悬浮助剂以及其他助剂的筛选,确定了最佳配方。用该配方配制的水乳剂外观状态、乳液稳定性、冷(热)贮稳定性、经时稳定性都符合要求。
Emulsion in water was a new advance environmentally friendly pesticide formulation.Adding material sequence of inversed phase emulsification and high speed shearing emulsification method were adopt to confect 36% 2,4-D Butylate·Acetochlor EW.The research of formulation and technical process of 36% 2,4-D Butylate·Acetochlor EW were also studied.The optimal prescription was ascertained by emulsifying agent,cryoprotectant,suspending agent and adjuvant selecting.Applying to of 36% 2,4-D Butylate·Acetochlor EW,the appearance,stability in cold（hot） storage,stability with time were satisfactory.
