摘要
提出基于夹角度量法的电网规划方案评估法,即利用电网规划决策矩阵的第i行与理想解x*和负理想解x-的夹角iθ*和iθ-定义一种新的与广义理想解的贴近度,并根据贴近度大小对待评估的电网规划方案进行优劣排序。给出了利用该方法进行电网规划决策的基本步骤,并通过实例分析来验证该方法的可行性。实例分析结果表明,夹角度量法简化了电网规划方案的综合评估问题,能够从技术、经济上快速评估电网规划方案的优劣。
A way for evaluating power system planning schemes based on included angle measurement method is proposed, which uses the anglesθi* and θi^- between Line i of power system planning decision matrix and the ideal solution x ^* as well as the negative ideal solution x^- to define a new closeness degree with generalized ideal solution, and the schemes to be evaluated are ranked according to the closeness degree. Basic steps associated with the proposed power system planning decision-making method are given; the feasibility of the method is verified by an example. The case study shows that the comprehensive evaluation of power system planning schemes is simplified by the proposed method, and the schemes can be fast distinguished technically and economically.
