摘要
针对众多楼盘中日渐盛行的新中式风格住宅现象,从政策和文化回归等方面解析了其产生的背景,分析了中国传统建筑在空间、形式、细部、色彩和构造以及景观等方面对现代别墅设计的启示,探讨传统住宅与现代住宅的有机结合,从而创造出真正属于中国人的中式情感住宅。
Based on the phenomena of the new Chinese traditional style housing coming up in numerous real estate projects,the author analyses the background from policy and culture regression,and then discusses how can we learn from the space,the form,the detail,the color,the conformation and the sight of the traditional Chinese architecture,researches on the design method to integrate modern housing design with traditional housing,in order to create the housing that integration the essence of tradition and modern life.
