摘要
采用文献资料、教学实验、典型调查与比较法,针对我国高校体育课程俱乐部教学的特点,以独立学院为例,通过对电子科技大学中山学院的俱乐部学生和非俱乐部学生体质变化的比较,进行数理统计,对效果进行综合分析,并运用问卷调查法和文献资料法,对我校俱乐部教学的现状和学生对学习体育的兴趣进行调查分析,表明体育课程采用俱乐部的教学模式具有在教学过程中注重学生的个体需要和个人兴趣,培养学生体育锻炼的热情和主动性,从而提高学生的积极性,并提高学生的体质等优点。对普通本科高校,尤其是独立学院的体育课程俱乐部教学新体系的构建进行了探索并给出了相应的建议。
The teaching features of sport club in independent colleges were studied by questionnaire investigation, literature review, teaching experiments, typical survey and comparative methods. This thesis contrasts the physique changes between club students and non - club students and makes statistics to illustrate the benefits of club teaching. In addition, this thesis analyzes the present situation and of club teaching and the students'physical learning interests in Zhongshan Institute of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. Sports club teaching focuses on individual needs and individual interests, and emphasizes fostering students'enthusiasm in sports training so as to develop students physique. Therefore it will promote the new teaching system of Sport Club in Independent Colleges.
