摘要
通过对优秀运动员的特点和优秀退役运动员职业转换期培训的目标等进行分析,提出优秀退役运动员的培训课程设计4种模式与思路、内容等,列举了2个退役待业运动员的培训的案例及取得的良好效果。
By analyzing the characteristics of elite athletes and the goal of vocational conversion training for retired elite athletes, this paper pointed out 4 kinds of models and ideas, content for designing training curriculum. It also listed two examples of retired athletes training and the good results.
