摘要
目的:探讨风险管理在心胸外科中的实施,并评价其实施效果。方法:选择2009年1~12月我院心胸外科收住的患者360例实施风险管理,同时选取风险管理实施前2008年1月~2008年12月收住的患者378例作为对照。分别对风险管理实施前后的护理质量及患者满意度进行评价。结果:实施风险管理后,护理人员操作的熟练性、护理文书的书写规范性、服务态度、沟通能力等各方面的得分均有较大提高。且实施前后的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施后的患者满意度较实施前也有较大的改善,且实施前后的差异也具有显著性。结论:实施风险管理措施后,大大提高了患者的满意度和护理质量,保障了患者生命安全。
Objective:To explore the implementation effectiveness risk management in cardiothoracic surgery. Methods:360 patients were treated in cardiothoracic surgery of our hospital from January-December 2009 used in this study. And 378 patients were selected data before the implementation of risk management form January-December 2008 of patients as control. The quality of care and patient satisfaction were evaluated before and after the implementation of risk management. Results:Nursing skills,nursing normative writing instruments,service attitude,communication skills and other scores were greatly improved after the implementation of risk management. The differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05) before and after implementation. The satisfaction has greatly improved after implementation. The differences before and after implementation also has statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion:Patient satisfaction and quality of care greatly improved a lot after implementation of risk management measures.
