摘要
齿轮传动中,轮齿由于相互作用力大且有相对滑动,因而会产生大量的摩擦热,轮齿间相互接触处由于摩擦引起的高温引起附加热应力,严重影响轮齿间的传动性能、工作可靠性及其使用寿命.为此,结合齿轮传动的传热学、摩擦学及有限元原理,建立了一重载齿轮箱齿轮三维热应力分析有限元模型,计算得到某环境温度下,处于热平衡状态的齿轮零件热应力图,通过修改轮齿结构,分析并获得了减小齿轮热应力的有效方法.
Gear transmission in the gear reducer,due to the large interaction force between teeth and the relative sliding,which always produces substantial friction heat,not only affects the overall temperature of the gear box,but also causes additional thermal-stress with the high temperature caused by friction among the cogs,which seriously affects the transmission performance,operational reliability and service life between the teeth.In order to solve the problem,the heat transfer theory,tribology and finite element theory of gear transmission are combined to establish a finite element mode of three-dimensional thermal-stress analysis of gears in the heavy-load gearbox and the thermal-stress diagram of gear parts in a state of thermal equilibrium is calculated to obtain in the certain ambient temperature.An effective way of reducing the thermal-stress is obtained by modifying the tooth structure and analyzing.
