摘要
为了减少一般测试系统由于很多传动链而带来的测试误差,提出同轴集成传动,同轴光栅扭矩/转速传感器测试系统.不仅能够通过光栅实现高速高精度转速测试,而且利用同轴上两个光栅的信号差动性实现了高精度动态扭矩测试.运用高速数据采集卡PCI-1784进行了四轴信号同步采集,通过LABview软件搭建计算机虚拟仪器测试平台;在提取扭矩信号方面,还提出了软件相关分析鉴相法.
General test system has caused test error in a lot of transmission chain. This article presents an integrated coaxial transmission and coaxial grating torque and speed sensor test system to reduce the test error. Not only the grating to achieve high-speed and high-precision rotation speed test is used, but the signal differential of the last two coaxial grating is used to achieve a high-precision dynamic torque test. The use of high-speed data acquisition card PCI-1784 conducts a four-axis simultaneous signal acquisition to build a computer platform of virtual instrument test with LAB view software. To pick up test signals of the torque, this paper also proposes a discriminating phase method with soft-ware correlation analysis. The system has the characteristics of precision, being ascendant full-optical, insulation, flame-proof, anti- EMI and enduring high temperature. It can be applied to analyze the dynamic characteristics and the re- sponse of testing in various working situations and surroundings.
