在水溶液中,Pd2+与SCN-、4,4′-联吡啶(4,4′-bipy)通过分子自组装形成台阶式一维长链结构。晶体结构研究表明,该晶体属于三斜晶系,空间群Pī:a=8.955(2),b=10.758(2),c=10.855(2),α=70.56(3)°,β=69.25(3)°,γ=81.02(3)°,v=921.4(3)3,z=2,Dc=1.791g/cm3,μ=1.470mm-1,Mr=496.92,F(000)=492,R1(final)=0.0885,wR2=0.2538。分子中,Pd(Ⅱ)离子与4个SCN-形成微畸变的平面正方形配位结构单元,并通过4,4′-联吡啶作为桥基以氢键形式组成长链超分子结构。
In aqueous, palladium(Ⅱ) reacted with rhodanate and 4,4′ dipyridyl to form one dimension stepwise long chain structure in molecule self assembly. The crystal structure of the title complex has been determined by single crystal X ray diffraction. The crystal is triclinic system with space group Pī, a =8.955(2), b =10.758(2), c =10.855(2), α =70.56(3)°, β =69.25(3)°, γ =81.02(3)°, ν =921.4(3) 3, z =2, D c =1.791 g/cm 3, μ =1.470 mm -1 , M r =496.92, F (000)=492, R 1 (final)=0.0885, ωR 2 =0.2538. In this complex molecule, a slightly distortion squar planar coordination structural element was formed by Pd(Ⅱ) and four rhodanate, and a long chain supermolecular structure was bridged by 4,4′ dipyridyl in hydrogen bond type.
